Required Vehicle Release Information

In order to redeem your vehicle, please be prepared to present the following information.

NO INFORMATION = NO CAR

  1. Make and Model of Vehicle
  2. License Plate Number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  3. Driver's License and/or Photo Identification
  4. Proof of Ownership, including:
    1. Valid vehicle registration.
    2. Valid pink slip. (must be less than one year old)
    3. Valid rental agreement.
    4. Notarized statement by the registered owner that releases the vehicle to you.
  5. If the vehicle has a "hold" placed on it, you will also be required to furnish a vehicle release from the agency responsible for impounding the vehicle.

Save yourself the frustration and bring all required information.
If registration slip is in vehicle - it can be obtained at impound location.
